TKT Sales accepts the following payment terms;Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and will be added to the invoice. In some cases we can ship freight collect with customers shipping accounts.
- Visa & MasterCard, with completed authorization form.
- Net 30 days with prior approved credit
- Direct Wire Transfer. Wire Transfers will be subject to a $20 surcharge.
- NO COD's - NO EXCEPTIONS

Sales Tax will be added to any invoice picked up at our location or shipped to an address in the state of Pennsylvania unless a valid PA tax exemption form is on file. PA Sales tax is 6% with an additional 1% in Philadelphia & Allegheny Counties.
Returns will be accepted within fifteen (15) days of invoice on any New or Remanufactured part returned in good, resalable condition. A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns. Shipping costs are non refundable. No returns on any Electrical parts, used parts, surplus parts or transmission core sales.
Genuine Allison Transmission Parts sold through TKT Sales are warranted for a period of six (6) months from date of invoice. It will be the obligation of TKT Sales to replace any said defective part that has failed inside the warranty period after said part has been returned, prepaid, to TKT Sales and determined to be defective.
New replacement (aftermarket) and remanufactured parts are warranted by their respective manufactures. New replacement parts will be warranted for a period of one (1) year from date of invoice. Remanufactured parts will be warranted for a period of six (6) months from date of invoice. It will be the obligation of TKT Sales under this warranty to repair or replace each said defective part at the sole discretion of each parts respective manufacture after their inspection and satisfaction that part is defective.
Used parts, surplus parts and transmission cores are sold AS-IS and will carry no warranty unless otherwise agreed upon in writing on TKT Sales invoice.
All claimed defective parts must be retuned, prepaid. Transmission model and serial numbers must be submitted with a written description of the nature of failure.
TKT Sales assumes no liability for any claims of labor, towing, rentals, subsequent escalated damage to equipment, injury or loss.
Parts determined to be improperly installed, used for reasons other than originally designed for, alterations, abuse, neglect or accident are not warrantable and will be returned freight collect.
We are always looking for cores and surplus parts inventories
